Managing / analysing and making recommendations on applications for payment according to agreements that defined the original agreed scope and budget, flagging unauthorised payment requests not covered by approved changes to scope / budget.

Defining reporting metrics and creating monthly and weekly reporting formats to provide continuous monitoring of progress, issues and opportunities against clients’ expectations

Providing full project risk management services.
